Total Member View

Providers can access clinical and care coordination data about a particular member’s record through the Total Member View (TMV) tool.

TMV is a read-only dashboard that simplifies administration by coordinating access to member-centric patient information, allowing providers who are part of a patient’s care and service team to easily access the patient’s record through a self-service website.

Finding Total Member View on Availity Essentials

  1. From the Availity Essentials homepage, select Payer Spaces from the top navigation.
  2. Select the appropriate payer tile.
  3. From the Payer Spaces homepage, select the Applications tab.
  4. Select the Total Member View application.

 

Note: To access the TMV tool, your organization’s Availity administrator needs to grant you the TMV role.
