Total Member View
Providers can access clinical and care coordination data about a particular member’s record through the Total Member View (TMV) tool.
Retrieve the data you need
TMV is a read-only dashboard that simplifies administration by coordinating access to member-centric patient information, allowing providers who are part of a patient’s care and service team to easily access the patient’s record through a self-service website.
Finding Total Member View on Availity Essentials
- From the Availity Essentials homepage, select Payer Spaces from the top navigation.
- Select the appropriate payer tile.
- From the Payer Spaces homepage, select the Applications tab.
- Select the Total Member View application.
Note: To access the TMV tool, your organization’s Availity administrator needs to grant you the TMV role.
